Leeks with Bacon and Potatoes

Standard Grand
Olive Oil 1 tbsp 2 tbsp
Leeks, washed, finely sliced 500 gm 700 gm
Bacon, finely sliced 200 gm 350 gm
Potatoes, finely sliced 700 gm 1 kg
Stock (vegetable or chicken) hot 150 ml 200 ml
Black Pepper
Cheese, grated 100 gm 175 gm


Mix the oil, leeks, bacon & potatoes together and put into the Remoska

Add the hot stock and season to taste with the black pepper

Cook for approximately 45-50 minutes or until the vegetable are soft

Sprinkle the cheese over the mixture and cook for a further 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and light brown
