Method
Mix all the ingredients together, except the chicken. Make cuts in each chicken thigh with a sharp knife. Add the chicken to the spice mixture and mix well until the chicken is coated. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Put into the Remoska and cook for approximately 25 – 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the whole spices and serve with boiled rice.
