They have a total of 5 baths and 13 showers, and laundry facilities are available. The caravan park is ideally laid out for community camps and/or family gatherings.
The self-catering accommodation includes a two-sleeper wooden camping chalet, four-sleeper wooden chalets, three-sleeper bush chalets, a five-sleeper wooden bush chalet, and luxury four- and six-sleepers. A stone house which can sleep six people and a big, private 13-sleeper farmhouse are both very popular for family gatherings and functions that include catering from the restaurant.
They also offer monthly stands in the caravan park especially for the pensioners during low season.
Klein Paradys has a shop on the premises that offers the basics from ice, cold drinks, ice-cream, firewood, toys, T-shirts, bags and curios, to any other necessities. For anything else, Modimolle is a mere 12km from town.
Freezer space is also available for guests who need it for all their braai goodies.
For the enjoyment of the little ones, small bags of food are also available at the shop to feed the farm animals, which include sheep, geese, ducks and peacocks.
A variety of locally-produced venison is available at the shop and is very popular. It includes sosaties, wors and steak – depending on availability.
The park is filled to the brim with entertainment facilities for young and old. There is a games room, a children’s bicycle course, hiking and biking trails, game drives, a Jacuzzi, paintball and much more, to add to your family’s enjoyment.
To complete the setting, they have a heated indoor pool that allows swimming in winter, as well as an outside cold pool.
On game drives, one would be able to enjoy a ride through nature with lots of bird life to be seen plus a variety of tree species, and game such as Impala, Blesbuck, Zebra, Kudu, Duiker, Blue Wildebeest, Bushbuck and Klipspringer.
If you want to go for a hike, a well-defined map of the numerous trails has been prepared for your convenience.
The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options over weekends and high season. They also specialise in functions and special occasions.
Conference facilities are available, and custom-made packages are available with accommodation and catering for a maximum of 50 guests.
During December holidays, Klein Paradys has lots of exciting activities for young and old to enjoy. Even teenagers will have a lot of fun with their holiday program.
Father Christmas also comes to visit each year, and is available to hand out gifts to the children.
A very special Christmas lunch is one of our most popular events, with a delicious 3-course meal prepared by Kobus himself.
