The main frame is manufactured with 1.6mm mild steel and all is powder coated. All doors and panels are laser-cut from powder-coated aluminium and shaped to perfection. 90 Liter water tank, which is oven-baked epoxy. 350 Liter nosecone and a towbar, which is part of the chassis. It is built from rectangular tubing, 76mm x 38mm x 3mm. All parts are welded together with CO2 welding and then powder coated. 1.6 Ton solid beam brake axle with 7 spring blades and heavy-duty shock absorbers. All trailers are equipped with 16” wheels and steel rims.
