Sometimes, all that is required to release the stresses and strains of life is a good Pasta Timbale. Let’s go comfort food! Pull out your Remoska Cooker and get going with the easy preparation of your delicious Timbale. The fragrant aromas emanating from your Remoska Cooker will attract many a hungry mouth. Be sure to make a few extra portions because there will be a long queue for second helpings. With such a wide variety of cooking options offered by the Remoska Cooker, it is without a doubt a must-have in every kitchen.

Ingredients Standard 2L Remoska cooker Grand 4L Remoska cooker
Pasta 250g 325g
Oil 3tbsp 4tsbp
Leeks, sliced 3 5
Pancetta, diced 80g 120g
Garlick cloves, crushed 2 3
Lemon thyme 1tbsp 2tbsp
Eggs 3 4
Egg yolk 1 2
Cream, whipping 300ml 450ml
Milk 150ml 225ml
Boursin minis 120g 180g
Salt and Pepper
Cheese, Parmesan, grated 75g 110g

Method

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until almost, but not quite cooked. Drain and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil (3 for Grand) in a frying pan and cook the leeks for approximately 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the pancetta, garlic and thyme and cook for 2 minutes.

Whisk the eggs, egg yolk, cream and milk together, adding salt and pepper for seasoning. Stir in the Boursin minis and half the Parmesan. Stir in the leek mixture and add the drained pasta.

Put the ingredients into the Remoska and press well down. Scatter with the remaining Parmesan and drizzle with the remaining oil.

Cook in the Remoska for about 25-30 minutes until the mixture sets and is golden brown.
