Oceanview Forest Resort is a fun, nature, family breakaway in a tranquil park-like setting, well protected against the notorious PE wind, situated 29 km south west of Port Elizabeth in the Seaview area, and only 15km from the Bay West Mall. Breath-taking 180 degree ocean views. 2km to the very popular Seaview Predator Park, 1.5km to the sea for rock-fishing and swimming and +-10km to the beautiful Maitlands’ dunes and beach where you can enjoy paragliding, swimming and long beach walks.
Our caravan/tent sites are between 100 and 120 sq.m., grassed with many trees, but there are open stands if you prefer.
Electricity is laid on to most stands. Water can be fetched from central points. For the keen bird watcher there is a large variety of wild birds present on the property. Different buck, porcupine, lynx, etc. are also still seen.
We pride ourselves on having clean general ablution facilities with a hand-wash laundry area, but there is an excellent laundry just 1.5km down the road.
Our swimming pool is a “one level” (1.35m) pool with a baby/toddler pool. For the enjoyment of our guests, we offer: Table Tennis, Walking Trail and a kiddies park for the little ones.
For hiring we have: a few On Site Caravans, 2 Fully equipped Bungalows, 2 Fully equipped Bachelor Flats as well as 1 Semi equipped Wooden Cabin.
Our fees are very reasonable with a 30% reduction for PENSIONERS (from age 60) during off-season
