The holiday resort is situated in the delightful seaside village of Uvongo, which has a gorgeous beach, so there’s plenty of family holiday fun to be had. The beach is just a short distance away, and if you are looking for excellent leisure facilities then you can do no better for your family than making Oasis your journeys end.
Our beautiful cozy resort is situated in Uvongo, Margate, on the delightful KwaZulu-Natal Lower South Coast. Pleasantly sited under large shady trees, secluded from public view and within 600m of the protected beach of Uvongo. Uvongo Beach is rated as one of the finest beaches in the country, and is famous for its waterfall that plunges 23m down into the lagoon. Alongside the river runs a footpath that leads to the Uvongo River Nature Reserve, and a childrens paddling pool is also situated on the grassy banks.
We have many facilities for you and your family to make your visit a pleasant one. Most of our 33 caravan and camping sites are characteristically secluded, making camping a pleasure without the likelihood of tripping over your neighbour’s tent guy ropes, with 15amp electrical points and water taps close to each site. Most of our sites are terraced, grassed and level with ample shade and are landscaped to ensure privacy, with brick built braais on the site, and our roads are tarred to add to your camping comfort. The ablution facilities are equipped with baths, hand-basins, showers, and toilets with flush sanitation. A laundry, ironing room and scullery are adjacent to the ablution block.
Our facilities were chosen and designed using fourty years of our own camping experiences. No effort is spared to maintain quality and cleanliness, and we feel sure that our friendly personal service and the high standards achieved are the reason why so many of our visitors return to Oasis year after year.
