The annual Outdoor and Adventure Expo Broederstroom is held from Friday, 14 August to Sunday, 16 August near Hartbeespoort Dam at B’sorah Hiking Trails. The Outdoor & Adventure Expo is a pure outdoor lifestyle, outdoor activities, and outdoor leisure event. It is certainly not a flea market, nor is it a music festival. It is even less a hodgepodge of unrelated products – this expo is a dedicated outdoor lifestyle event jam-packed with quality exhibitors and activities.



This event, which made its debut in 2023, is a dedicated outdoor lifestyle show for the whole family – dogs included. B’sorah is a stunningly beautiful venue situated on a cattle and game farm featuring hiking and cycling trails, and is centrally located – near Hartbeespoort Dam and less than an hour’s drive from Pretoria, Johannesburg, the West Rand, and even Rustenburg – and the route involves no toll fees. We offer ample and outstanding ablution facilities.

The expo boasts a unique layout where caravans, trailers, off-road campers, and overland vehicles are grouped together, so visitors do not have to walk around searching for things to see. All the 4x4s, utility vehicles, and 4×4 equipment are clustered together, with a 4×4 demonstration track located right next to the vehicle displays. Day visitors get to view all the action of the 4×4’s and even off-road caravans being towed through the 4×4 demonstration track. It is awesome to see the 4×4 action up close, and you might get invited to join in as a passenger.

We will be launching new 4×4’s and off-road caravans at the event – do not miss out!

A great variety of exhibitor displays where you can purchase anything for your outdoor adventures and compare similar products – such as tents, camping gear, etcetera – are located in a separate area. Camping equipment, mountain bikes, e-bikes, braai tools, cameras to take the best nature pictures and binoculars to spot wildlife, hiking supplies, clothing, tents, fridges and the like are also grouped together. Furthermore, this year the Outdoor and Adventure Expo is introducing a new leisure section called “Destinations and Adventures”. The indoor hall features unique destinations and adventure exhibitors.

Apart from 4×4’ing and camping, South Africa is rugby crazy, and a beer garden with a big-screen TV showing the Vodacom Bulls versus the All Blacks is part of the Saturday fun. You do not have to miss out on any fun!

The food court is in the centre of the expo area and boasts a great variety of food vendors. Beer benches are set up under the trees, because – after all – we are out in nature.

The expo is for the whole family, young and old – and dogs on leashes – featuring a children’s play area and activities for teenagers, such as F1 simulator games.

4×4 owners can tackle the 4×4 obstacle course in their own vehicles or drive the 4×4 and SUV routes in a convoy. You can even join the expo and camp for the weekend!
