Glenshee offers prime Fly fishing in the heart of Mapumalanga, South Africa. Glenshee is situated 6km from Machadodorp on the R36, Carolina Road.
The club waters consist of 2 Trout dams and 1 Bass dam that is suitable for kick-boats and float-tubes. 2km of river runs through Glenshee and is in the process of being upgraded to supply superb fishing conditions. The dams are stocked frequently, and the river, presently, is stocked for our “River Bash” competitions.
Machado Flyfishing club owns it’s own hatchery and produces Rainbow and Golden Trout. Large-Mouth Bass and Tilapia also occur naturally in the dams. Idyllic views set the scene for a complete Flyfishing get-away.
