No better way to end off a hard days work than with a piece of haddock smothered in a lemon butter sauce. Thanks to Remoska’s portable all-in-one cooker, this fish dish became a whole lot easier to make!
The Remoska is a superb electricity-saving one pot cooker. It makes a great accessory for all camping holidays.
Standard Remoska Grand Remoska
2 haddock fillets 4 haddock fillets
2 tbsp salt 4 tbsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted 4 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon, cut into wedges 2 lemon, cut in wedges
2.5 cm ginger piece, grated 4 cm ginger piece, grated
1 tbsp caper berries, rinsed 2 tbsp caper berries, rinsed
Place the fish in the Remoska. Season to taste with salt.
Drizzle over half the butter and all the lemon juice.
Put the lemon wedges in the Remoska. Place the caper berries on top of the haddock and drizzle the remaining butter.
Cook for approx 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish) until cooked through.
