|Ingredients||Standard 2L Remoska cooker||Grand 4L Remoska cooker|
|Vanilla extract||1tsp||1 ½tsp|
Whisk all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Pour into the Remoska and cook for approx. 30 minutes for the standard and approx. 45-50 minutes for the Grand until the top is firm.
As this cooks it forms a crust on the bottom, a custard filling and coconut topping. Serve it warm straight from the Remoska.
