The dealership has been awarded the coveted Customer Satisfaction Index award, which is an award based on the opinion and feedback from customers on the service they received. Loftus started out as a Sprite dealership before being awarded the Gypsy dealership in 1994, becoming the first dealership in the country to have both brands under one roof.
The same scenario occurred when Loftus began selling Jurgens products in 1995 – accomplishing another milestone by becoming the first multi-franchise dealership.

The brothers believe that running this business requires a team effort – staff included – and they could not do it without the excellent support they receive from the 35 employees who are constantly looking at ways to improve the dealership.
