Ingredients

Standard Grand
Pasta, Linguine or Spaghetti 200 gm 300 gm
Olive Oil 2 tbsp 4 tbsp
Garlic clove, crushed 1 2
Parsley, fresh, chopped 4 tbsp 6-8 tbsp
Tuna in brine, tin, drained 1 x 200 gm 2 x 200 gm
Lemon, juice 4 tsp 6 tsp
Cheese, Parmesan, grated 50 gm 75 gm
Butter 2 tbsp 3 tbsp

Method

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, and then drain

Put the oil and garlic into the Remoska and cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the garlic is golden but not browned

Add the parsley, flaked tuna, lemon juice, Parmesan and butter, and stir gently to combine

Season the sauce using more black pepper than salt and add the cooked pasta

Stir well and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes to heat through
