Limpopo: Coral Tree Camp

3965
VIEWS

Coral Tree Camp is finally finished and its a place you must visit if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. The camp is on a plateau, with stunning views tucked in between Magoebaskloof forest. There is a kitchen area, with a large table and braai area (which doubles as a fireplace in chilly weather). You can roll down a plastic screen if the mist threatens to intrude, but on clear days the pool right outside is the place to be. The braai outside has wonderful views.

There is an ablution block where you can lie in the bath and gaze out at the mountains and forests, listening to the samango monkeys in the nearby trees. There is solar power for lights and a donkey is lit at night for hot water. Dogs are permitted but please let us know before hand if you intend to bring any – and not large viscous ones as its not fenced and there are other dogs and wildlife around. It is a private camp, with minimum two people, max eight, and only one party will be able to book it. It is only accessible with a 4 x 4, but once you are there you won’t want to leave!
