Caravan and Outdoor Life and Coenie Moll, of Cederberg 4×4, join forces to offer an affordable adventure suited to the whole family. Seasoned outdoor enthusiast and guide, Coenie Moll, with our very own photojournalist, Richard van Ryneveld, will be heading off to Botswana and the Caprivi. The 14-day trip falls within the June/July school holidays making it accessible to the whole family. The adventure starts in Ghanzi on 15 June 2020 and ends at Khama Rhino Sanctuary near Serowe on 28 June 2020. The same team will continue on, after a two-day break, with an equally exciting 18-day trip to Zimbabwe (30 June – 17 July).

BOTWANA 14-day trip

15 June – 28 June: Includes Ghanzi, Okavango Delta, Tsodilo Hills, Chobe, and Victoria Falls.

The Botswana trip starts in Ghanzi and heads up to the Okavango Delta. The group will visit the mysterious and historic Tsodilo Hills allowing enough time for tigerfishing and game viewing. All the campsites we stay at are close to the national parks, the Okavango Delta, and various other exciting places of interest. With visits to Chobe and a side trip to the Victoria Falls, Cederberg 4×4 has tailor-made a variety of extremely safe and affordable adventures for the whole family. Coenie’s vast knowledge as a tour leader ensures that the campsites are first class with excellent ablution facilities. With the good gravel road system in Botswana, Coenie has also been able to plan and accommodate SUV vehicles without low-range capability for both trips to Botswana and Zimbabwe. The incredible wildlife, the evocative cry of the Fish eagle, the largest elephant population in Africa, and the chance to catch your first tigerfish are but a few of the wonders that form part of the trip. The best way of examining this trip in detail is to head over to the Cederberg 4×4 website and book your dream adventure. Website: www.cederberg4x4.co.za. Botswana trip Itinerary: On the main website page navigate to the Trip/Tours panel. This panel is sub-divided into Day Trips/Long Tours/Week-end Trips/Trips during School Holidays and you will find the Botswana trip under the Long Tours heading.
