Last Sunday the CashExpress ATM at my local SPAR crashed at the exact spot between debiting my account and dispensing my cash.
The SPAR is very sympathetic but really has no part in the transaction.
ABSA is not even sympathetic but entirely apathetic – not their ATM, not their problem. Goodbye and have a nice day.
The CashExpress helpdesk is also terribly sympathetic, makes a few empty promises, but in the end, zero action.
