Could anyone who has an inverter installed in their caravan for powering a 220V fridge please advise whether they tow with the fridge running and with the inverter powered off the vehicle battery. If not advisable, what are the pitfalls?

Im also looking for same information – was advised to get Auto Electrician to check rating of Alternator which can be upgraded to charge second deep cycle or to run an inverter. Can anyone advise where best in Joburg to get extra pin connection to run required wiring to charge Deep Cycle battery.
